4oz of warmed Lobster, Havarti and Gouda cheese on grilled Italian bread.

THE GOLDEN LOBSTER GRILLED CHEESE

1/2 lb of warmed Lobster, 4 different cheeses grilled homemade bread. White truffle butter is spread on the bread and mixed with the lobster. When finished grilling we cut and dredge the middle in 24 karat gold. Served with a cup of Lobster Bisque, pineapple cranberry coleslaw, homemade pickles and a split of Champagne. 4oz of butter warmed Lobster, sauerkraut, tangy swiss cheese and our homemade 1000 Island sauce sandwiched between the best rye bread in the world.
